Safety Before Use

• Check hook, wire rope, brakes, and safety devices before starting.

• Make sure no one is on the bridge or rail before turning on power.

• Lockout-tagout must be removed before use.

Safe Working Rules

• Test brake by lifting load 0.5m off the ground before full lift.

• Sound horn when lifting/lowering, starting trolley, or near people/other cranes.

• Follow standard signals.

• In case of power failure, stop all controls and reset after checking.

• Do not reverse movement to stop the crane. Always stop first, then change direction.

• When using both hooks, move them one at a time if at similar height.

• Never lift two objects with two hooks at once.

• Do not adjust brakes while under load.

• Do not rely on limit switches for normal stops.

• Always inspect and follow the “Ten No-Lift Rules”:

After Work

• Raise the hook, park crane and trolley in proper place.

• Set all controls to "zero", turn off power.

• Do daily maintenance and complete shift handover.

• Do not carry loads over people.

• Never let the hook hang lower than one person’s height.

• Never use crane to pull buried objects.

• Never stop crane using reverse power except during emergency.
