The double girder ladle crane is made for steel plants, foundries, and metallurgical factories. It works in high heat, lifts heavy loads, and handles molten metal safely.

The QDY ladle crane lifts molten steel up to 75 tons. It meets standards like JB/T7688-1, JB/T7688.15, and national rules. It has:
Double girders and a single trolley
Box-shaped main beams with heat shields
Forged C or W type hooks with anti-slip latches
Two hooks (main and auxiliary) that work together for tilting
Dual motors, brakes, and high-temp wire ropes for safe lifting
A moving trolley and end carriages for stable crane movement
The crane moves along tracks with a motor-driven wheel system. All motors use H-class insulation and come with overspeed protection. Each brake is double-protected. All electric parts meet casting crane safety standards.
